Moving on & Moving out......

WHEW......have I been busy. No, I am not leaving my hubby or my home~lol

I am moving on by making new decisions in my life. #1, was to lose weight and I am proud to say that after 1 month...I am only 5 lbs away from my goal!

#2...still trying to simplify and organize my life. I have decided to give up my space at the Antique shop. I LOVE the shop and the other vendors are the BEST!!! Although I only have to work once a month.....the buying and re~arranging is getting to be a bit too much for me.

My daycare is my top priority and my main income...the rest is mostly just for fun. I am doing very well by listing items on my local craigs list and my Etsy boutiques.

#3 I have opened my new blog shop~The Pawsh Poodle Flea Market~ (last Friday). I am still working out some of the features.....but I have decided to link all items to my Etsy boutiques instead of using pay pal buttons. I spent way too much time on the pay pal buttons. It is all about EASY!

Each Friday, I will show case some of my new items....I will have set prices but I am sooo excited to do a new twist....I WILL TAKE OFFERS ON MY ITEMS!!!!

Michelle of Shabby Creations has outdid herself once again...I love my new
Flea Market banner :) She has also created both of my Etsy shop banners...fine tuned this blog banner and has created numerous buttons for me. You can visit her portfolio and see all of her wonderful work....and view the projects that she has done for me.

I have had so much fun with the girls that she has created to look like me...the one on this blog has a pony tail, black tee and jeans....and the one on my new blog has pigtails and a cute flea market apron. My Prairee Princess gal has braids and a white tee~shirt. I am not as skinny as my fake me~lol.....Of course Sophee~a had to be with me too.

~Thrift to live..Live to Thrift~& WLW too

I said I was going to show you what I found on my Halloween Thrift shopping spree......my brother tried to spill the beans by leaving a "funny" comment(last post). In fact if you read my comments from him(the only male who leaves comments).....he always has funny things to say!

Here are a few of my absolute favorite finds......Saw this beauty at my daughters FAVORITE thrift store.....I have wanted one for so long but they are expensive. Do you see the price? $8.50!!!! She could use a bit of TLC but I LOVE her!!!!
A calico rabbit fur jacket....poor rabbits or at least I think it is rabbit. Perfect fit and only $12.50

A pair of iron chairs....I thought they were $12.95 each..I got them both for $12.95. They will make cute planters..or I may decide to add cushions later on.
I have been waiting patiently for this Bird cage...My Mom's friend was going to throw it away!!!
I am the proud new owner...just the right amount of rust :) These are also expensive......mine was FREE.

WLW update.....down 1 more lb!!!! I am so close to my goal and it has only been 3 weeks..... Fitting into clothes that I thought would take me months to squeeze into. Went to the gym too:)

Wishing everyone a "Happy" Last day of October.....
I do celebrate Halloween but I know that not everyone does. Whatever you are doing this evening..please be safe and have lots of fun for me.

I will be snuggled up in the house with Sophee~a...Kids are gone and Hubby had to work!

Today..I did do a bit of thrifting and found some great things that I cannot wait to share. I have a new trick up my sleeve and I promise that it involves treats too.

Just a quick post.....down 5 lbs this week. I have lost over 8 lbs in 2 weeks!!! Weight Watchers does work:)

Gifts from the heart.......

Gifts from the heart are the very best kind and when they are a surprise.....They are extra special.

I received a comment a few weeks ago that a package was on it's way.....I was so excited! Out of the blue....just because.

Blogging has been a wonderful outlet for me and a great way to document...events and everyday musing in my life. It helps me stay in touch with friends and family and allows me to interact with wonderful people all over the globe.

I never expected anything from it....other then meeting some new friends and participating in some fun swaps and blog events. I know bloggers who gets gifts "ALL" the time from fellow bloggers and it amazes me. I never wanted this....nor expected it, but Boy.....did it feel good to be thought of :)
The really sweet part was that my daughter Ashlee' was included in this gift too.....that was totally unexpected and extra thoughtful.
Those who read my blog know that my toy poodle Sophee~a, is my muse and 4th child. The name "Pawsh Poodle" is because of her...she is Pawsh, I am not:)......others know that my daughter(Sticks and Stones) also blogs.....and many of you visit her as well as me.

I adore all things Vintage and collect Vintage Poodle items....my daughter also loves Vintage and has many collections....including~"made in Japan"......dog figurines.

So.... to receive a great variety of Poodle figurines.....was the BEST gift ever :)

I want to Thank you from the bottom of my Heart, Denise~ Our Little Acorn Cottage~.....you really made my week!!!!I picked a bunch of roses from my front yard........although I cannot send them to you (they would die), They were picked in your honor. I will cherish my Poodles and your thoughtfulness too.

~VBF~....~TGIF~.....creating a bit......FINALLY!

TGIF...... I got to be a little creative this week.....things just started clicking and it was pretty spontaneous.....not a lot of pondering.

I found an image I liked and knew it would look great in one of my vintage gold frames. I collect these frames and pick them up every time I see them.

I played with some old bottles....started a tussie mussie....and am making 2 prints for my bedroom :)
My favorite things to play with right now.....are old coffee grinds (for aging),cheese cloth,lace and I am on the hunt for some unique, vintage black jewelry pieces.

Here is a little sample of what I am working on...they are all not quite finished. I need to add more black~of course!

"Now if I could only clean up my creative space"!

Note to self......Organize your space...and make it pretty.
